Premie Naidoo Attorneys, established in June 2016 is a full service law firm, offering a wide range of services, as Attorneys, Conveyancers and Notaries, throughout South Africa.
Our History
Notwithstanding the date of
establishment of the law firm, Premie Naidoo has over 30 years of experience in the legal environment having worked in the conveyancing and commercial departments of large, reputable law firms.
We provide experienced, informed and research driven services and work with individual and corporate clients in a wide array of fields.
Our established network of service providers, agents and associates enables us to provide you with seamless and comprehensive services throughout South Africa.

We employ sophisticated technological infrastructure to ensure the security of client information as well as efficient and reliable back-ups using onsite & offsite storage facilities. Multiple copies of clients information is stored securely using cloud-based and internal systems. All our systems run off our own server-based infrastructure.

About US
About The Firm & Founder
Premie Naidoo was employed in the Conveyancing field for over 20 years prior to her embarking on her journey to completing her LLB degree, which was completed in 2014. She is currently studying towards her Master’s Degree in Constitutional Property Law.
She went on to achieve a simultaneous triple admission as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary in 2016. Having been given the option of leading a conveyancing department at an established law firm in Durban, she elected to establish her own law firm and has since dedicated her time to the formation and growth of Premie Naidoo
Attorneys.
The firm has grown into one that she can proudly call her own today, providing top tier services to clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, while forming long lasting and meaningful relationships along the way. In addition to the work done with established business, there is always time to assist those that are less fortunate, routinely taking on pro-bono work.
Premie Naidoo Attorneys was founded in 2016 by its namesake founder, Premie Naidoo.
The ideals of integrity, morality and fairness that she has entrenched into the ethos of the firm is a reflection and extension of her personal life. She is passionate about the law, female empowerment, social justice, the environment and of course education.

All professional staff are available at short notice (except of course when engaged in court proceedings). In this event, an alternative attorney will be on hand to assist. In all our dealings, we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, with an emphasis on seeking the most satisfactory solution for our clients with the greatest speed and efficiency.
As well as working to eliminate the delays so often associated with the legal process, we are also mindful of our clients’ convenience, which often translates into our visiting clients’ homes or offices, rather than expecting them to call on us.
